This October, the Nasty Pulaski Gravel Grind cyclist event will be back! If you're an avid cyclist, this is an event you won't want to miss. In addition to the cycling event, Frog Hill will be hosting a Half Marathon 10K, and Leapfrog 5k the same weekend. I met Steve Ehrhardt, owner of Fort Wood Hotels, through a committee I was on in Lebanon, Missouri.
