"We rented two rooms here to attend our Grandson’s graduation from Basic Training. At check-in, Raymond was very helpful with some assistance from Zoey. Check out with Angelica went great. Our two rooms were comfortable and clean. WiFi worked great. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We didn’t use the exercise room, but it looked good. Breakfast was good, well presented and the attendants were very helpful. The breakfast area was a little crowded, but I think the hotel was fully booked. This is a very well managed hotel. "I was in town for my son's graduation at Fort Leonard wood and I can't say enough good things. To start it was only 5-minute drive to the army base. The room was very clean and well stocked. The front desk also let me borrow an umbrella at no charge since it was raining hard. So sorry I missed the lady at the receptions name. Doug also got my daughter milk late at night. "I stayed at the Fairfield in this past weekend, in Saint Roberts Missouri, close to Fort Leonard Wood. I'd left my makeup bag in the Room and didn't realize it until I got home. Front desk guy, Ron, was on duty. He remembered us from the weekend and said he would follow up with housekeeping and get back with me. Within an hour I had a return call, indicating that they located my bag and put it in supervisors office, who wasn't working again until Monday. The manager followed up and I got my makeup bag 2 days later!!! Thank you for the prompt attention that you and the entire staff, housekeeping, front desk, etc. Displayed.
