Venue Details

The Hampton Inn is nestled in the Ozark Hills between St. Louis and Branson, making it the perfect mid-way meeting point for all traveling guests. At Fort Wood Hotels, we have six lodging properties making it easy to fit all of your guests in one location. 
Our event space comes complete with round tables, rectangular tables, overstuffed backed chairs, beautiful granite counter space, installed overhead sound system, large windows spanning the length of the far wall, stainless steel serving-ware, ivory and gold dinnerware, silverware, linens (rental fee), and a small commercial kitchen. We also include complimentary fine china, stemware, and a state-of-the-art presentation equipment to use for any wedding slideshows or videos. 
Our facility can host small events (12 people or less), or up to larger functions (120 to 150 people) depending on setup style.  Set-up, clean up, and extensive event planning is also included. Making your wedding planning a breeze!

We had 130 share our special day with us.

Did any of your guests stay at the hotel?

Fort Wood Hotels was the perfect location for our guests to stay.  There were plenty of options and our guests stayed at Fairfield Inn and Comfort Inn.

Why did you pick Hampton Inn as your venue?

We didn't have our wedding at Hampton Inn but we stayed here after our wedding.

What was your favorite part of planning your wedding at our venue?

Although we didn't have our wedding at the hotel, we did choose these hotels for guests to stay and for our wedding night. Leading up to our wedding, the hotels were very accommodating and flexible with our guests. They were easy to communicate with and helpful when guests had questions. On our wedding night, the Hampton Inn had decorated our room with congratulatory signs and rose petals.  They even gave us a bottle of champagne! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful for us, as well!

Please share any tips for planning a wedding in our area.

At first, we were a little hesitant about finding vendors in such a small town. However, we were glad to find many available options online (we were planning the wedding from out of town). Our vendors were understanding of us being away and communicated often. We got the small town hospitality from everyone!

What style wedding did you envision?

We just wanted a simple, elegant wedding with a fun and memorable reception.
