Get Active in Central Missouri this October! 65 Miles of Cycling and 1/2 Marathon! 🚴🏃♀️
Fall is an absolutely gorgeous time of year - especially when you wind through the backroads of Pulaski County with scenic river views and stream crossings. This October, the Nasty Pulaski Gravel Grind cyclist event will be back! If you're an avid cyclist, this is an event you won't want to miss. In addition to the cycling event, Frog Hill will be hosting a Half Marathon 10K, and Leapfrog 5k the same weekend. Read on to learn more about these events and how to sign up!

This is a 65-mile course with a total elevation of over 4,400ft for the full race. There will also be 10 miles and 25-mile race for various cyclist levels.

About the Race
This race became about when David (Dave) Kessler decided that he wanted to provide for a local organization in need and to increase the opportunities for cyclists. This course provides an exciting look at the wonderful dirt roads of Pulaski County with a significant elevation climb.The proceeds for this event will benefit the Pulaski County Sheriffs Department Shop with a Cop and Equipment Fund

A very unique race that starts at the top of the world-famous "Frog Hill" in Waynesville, MO. The beginning of the race is a big descent where you can expect fast times! Once on the trail, you will run alongside the Roubidoux River and take in some beautiful country views. The course will challenge you to conquer "Superior Hill". And when you do, you will be rewarded with your very own frog medal to commemorate your effort and brag to your friends. So hop on over to Waynesville, MO, and join us!
