At Fort Wood Hotels, we are very proud to be a part of the communities that we serve. That’s why we enjoy doing community partner spotlights from time-to-time. We like to let everyone know about the great people and businesses in our community that can help provide solutions for the citizens who live here. One of those partners is Life Benefits Consulting. We appreciate their help in providing benefits for our employees at all five of our hotels in the Fort Leonard Wood area. Life Benefits Consulting focuses on helping individuals, small businesses, and their employees, navigate the healthcare system. Since opening its doors in 2013, Life Benefits Consulting has been committed to helping businesses and individuals gain access to healthcare on a timely, affordable basis. In January 2021, Murray Jensen and Derek Jensen acquired 100% ownership of Life Benefits Consulting and made a name change to Ozark Mountain Entities, LLC.
Life Benefits Consulting is now a division of Ozark Mountain Entities and continues to provide the essential services and consulting that have been delivered in the past. We have also added other services that can help all businesses, but we are focused on helping small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals manage the ever-increasing cost of using the current healthcare system.
We believe that “HEALTH IS NO LONGER AN OPTION”. We must have a system to gain affordable access to care and we have very affordable options to gain access to medical and mental healthcare affordably.

Getting started is very easy. Our medical and mental healthcare services are not insurance, nor are they intended to replace your insurance. This service does not meet any ACA requirements. It is designed to fill the gaps in insurance or offer affordable access for those that do not have any insurance. This program can help the nearly 30 million people without health insurance and the 28 million people with health plans with high deductibles and copays.
