In today’s blog, we’d love to tell you a little bit about what you will see on the Thrift and Sweets Tour spanning from Dixon and Crocker, to Richland, Saint Robert, Waynesville and more! Day One:

Following, your first day would start in the area of Dixon and Crocker, both of which are railroad boom towns. Along with beautiful rolling hills and rural landscapes, you will enjoy looking for unique finds at Whatever Antiques and Collectibles. You will also find the Dixon Area Caring Center Thrift Shop, and Triple Creek Antiques along the same stretch of highway, as well as Bear Ridge Antiques nearby. Then heading towards Richland, you can refresh yourself with a bite to eat at The Burger Stand before venturing into Final Stop Antiques and Collectibles. Then after a full day of treasure seeking, finish your day off at the Piney River Taproom Brewery, or the Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse and Hibachi, Mamma Mia Authentic Mediterranean, or The Hub Restaurant and Lounge.

Day 2:

On day two of your treasure finding adventure, you can head towards the city of Waynesville via historic Route 66. If you’d like to find an amazing driving tour go to for an online version or for an audio/visual tour. On the way check out New Look Consignment Shop and Lost in the Woods Antiques and Collectibles. Once you get to downtown Waynesville you’ll find Just Because, where you will find gift baskets for all occasions. There’s also Eclectic Originals, Westside Boutique, and Bear Bottom Essentials. On Saturdays you can even stop by the Pulaski County Farmers Market to find some great deals. Next, take some time to shop for a good cause at Good Samaritan of the Ozarks Thrift Store where proceeds from the thrift store aid victims of domestic violence. Then continue on to The Black Barn Boutique, The Teal Goat, and Gascozark Flea Market. Then, if you have worked up an appetite you can head to Saint Robert for some local favorites like Sweetwater B-B-Q and Route 66 Taco & Wing Company.
